What is the exact effect? Is there httpd looping or no memory or what is
the cause? Try to set some shell with -20 priority and investigate a bit
what exactly is the problem, how much memory, how many httpds, who is
taking CPU too much, etc. I've never observed such effect, and seems that
others didn't too, so more info is needed.
