What about CVS commit messages for the phpweb tree? Right now, I think
they are trying to be sent to mirrors@php.net, but CVS often complains.
My personal preference would be to set up a proper mailing list for
the mirror sites: "mirrors@lists.php.net". CVS commits to phpweb could
go here.
This separate list also means that the current requirement for all
mirror webmasters to subscribe to php-dev ... and thus avoid wading
through 100's of emails about things like naming functions lambda()
or not. ;-)
It also means that discussions about the current mirroring scheme and
about website improvements can happen separate from the language
development.
