I'm sure these were the intentions of mirrors@php.net (I never knew
it was aliased to a real mailing list) .... I just wanted to clarify that.
And the reason we were "requiring" webmasters to subscribe to php-dev
was so that we could get in touch with them if/when there were problems
with their mirror site. If we have a dedicated list to all things
website/mirror related, then that solves that.
