whatever the last changes
Andi made, it changed the bug from an exception to the unable to open message.
Prior to these changes, the release_ts version had always crashed, and
the debug_ts version always worked. I just tried to compile the debug_ts
version, to see if there was any change in it's behaviour, and the link
failed with several messages
error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _ts_resource.
I know that current CVS may not always compile, but I thought I would
mention it, in case this was in relation to Andi's changes.
