Unique Bug ---------- yes / no
If no, duplicate of .... should be a field too.
Good thought
There are two very important things missing. "Priority" and "Consequence/Scope". The first regarding the percantage of influenced things/users/scripts and the gravity fixing this immediately. The ladder regarding the amount of time estimated to fix this bug. Eg. Priorities ----------- Highest - Completely broken building process, affecting a very large amount of scripts and so on... - fixing immediately required. Medium - Important, should fixed ASAP. Low - specific, few users affected Lowest - very specific, less important Scope ----- Large - valid, much review need, affects many parts of the code, much fixing need, much planning needed Medium - valid, globally reviewed, problem not clearly isolated, will take some time to fix Trivial - valid, almost totally reviewed, should be able to get fixed during lunch, minor code changes
Agreed Zak
