So long as we're clear on that point..
I actually side with CGI.pm, because I don't think it's behaving
unreasonably. The CGI specs seems vague on this point, but the variable
REQUEST_METHOD suggest a particular interpretation. So if I had had to
write those scripts from scratch myself, I would have done them the same way.
