and my best guess is still that it is related to 'hash-banging'
instead of using php cgi executeable in some cgi-bin directory
with attached PATH_INFO
so that in this case sapi/cgi had to use real REQUEST_URI for
request_info.request_uri instead of PATH_INFO in
sapi/cgi/cgi_main.c:314
