If you installed VC++, those dll's should already exist in your system32 directory, along with a slew of MFC42*.dll files, and msvcp60.dll (or msvcp50.dll for VC 5). Any service pack for either Visual Studio, or NT should also install/update those dll's. msvcrtd.dll and mfc42 dll's should be dated in 99 or 2000 depending on what service pack you have. The others are dated in 98. These dll's should be distributed with php, with the execption of mfc42.dll, which shouldn't be necessary.
