several people suggested downgrading from libtool 1.3.5 to 1.3.4. i did that
but it doesn't help.
It is definitely not a libtool problem because I can run buildconf
successfully in the PHP4 RC1 source location but not in the PHP4 PL2
location. This leads me to believe that there's just a problem in
configure.in or aclocal.m4 (unfortunately, the PL2 version of aclocal.m4 is
hardly the same file as the RC1 version so it's difficult to see the diffs).
does anyone know how to fix this error??? I'm running Red Hat 6.2 if that
makes a difference.
