If I have understood correctly using Openldap will work with Oracle8.1.x
(I don't remember from which version the ldap-capabilities were added)
if the link order is '-llber -lldap -lclntsh'.
With the current configure-system libs are added to the beginning of LIBS
so it gets defined '-lclntsh -llber -lldap'. So the modification needed is
to be made into ext/oci8/config.m4 to get '-lclntsh' included in the end.
But I dunno how..it's like hebrew to me that config-system..
(reka reka..that's everything I know in hebrew..or is it hebrew? =)
Hmm..this issue has been discussed before but nothing have happened.
Maybe I should insult someone and this will get fixed? =) Or at least
discussed why it could not be fixed?
