I came across a case where the above function would be really useful.
If allow_call_time_pass_reference is off, but you want to get a
reference into a function that uses func_get_arg(s?), is there a way to
do this already? If not, would this function be possible/desirable?
Sure it is, I´ve already posted a feature request a few weeks ago.

It does not cover func_get_(r)args() because I felt uneasy about having an array full of references, but well... in fact there´s no problem with it :)
