Hi all,
I have seen the prototypes in functions/COM.c. And it was Jouni who
couldn't decide what the functions should do. Currently ca.php.net is
not reachable. But I see the original author is Zeev and there is a
comment "experimental, use at your own risk!".
I suggest it has something to do with Windows properties or something like
that. It would be a great idea when we could have fixed prototypes. Or
even better some documentation.
