BTW, this problem as it affects me is not related to HAVE_STRUCT_FLOCK.
It is to do with LOCK_EX being undeclared in the solaris header files
We have a .usr/include/sys/[flock.h][flock_impl.h][lock.h][lockfs.h] but
nothing with a LOCK_EX in
