If there is anything central, it should not be buried deep inside the ChangeLog file together with hundreds of other entries. Instead, it should be put at a location where everybody will read it (considering the number of people who succeed in ignoring big *** WARNINGs ***, I'm not sure that such a place exists at all). - Sascha
