Hey I have built the same list of files for Win32 as below. I have put them up here if anyone wants them: http://homepages.ihug.co.nz/~inform/php-3.0.8-win32-unofficial.zip I'd be keen to help out with the official Win32 builds too if required. Let me know if you need help with it.
