Ok, I think we should let Frank take control here. He has the Oracle
stuff building, and I know he knows his way around both Oracle and CVS.
It will get messy if we have too many people doing the same thing.
Perhaps you can concentrate on the InstallShield stuff and coordinate with
Frank on how to put the release together.
