It's on hold while I finish up a contract :/
It would really help if extension maintainers could add support for
streams to their modules; I've done it for a couple (grep for PHP_STREAMS),
but there are a lot of them :)
Once thats out of the way, finishing up the fopen_wrapper "stream style"
is actually quite easy.
