After further testing, specifically the latest run-tests.php script, it
appears that sending data via sockets using php is still problematic.
Using the latest CVS I've tried sending a string 60960 bytes long via HTTP
(POST request). According to another PHP script on the other end only 60415
bytes of data actually arrived. This leads me to believe that the problem is
still there, albeit there is some improvment from before, when anything in
excess of 16k got cut off.
