Hi Ilia,
I've just added an E_NOTICE(*) when a socket send(2) fails. Hopefully, this
will help track down the problem, as I can't see any reason why it would
mysteriously fail.
It might be that we need to look out for error codes such as
EAGAIN/EWOULDBLOCK/ENOBUFS/ENOMEM/EINTR and re-try the send.
There is also a possibly related bug #16114 under Win32.
