Bug description: stat_ctime option missing from APC docs
Description:

Option apc.stat_ctime is not documented. It has been available since
3.0.13.
url: http://us3.php.net/manual/en/apc.configuration.php
Default value is 0/false.
ctime verification will avoid problems with programs such as svn or rsync
by making sure inodes have not changed since the last stat. APC will
normally only check mtime.
The option is the result of pecl bug 8663:
