This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Option apc.stat_ctime is not documented.  It has been available since
3.0.13.

Default value is 0/false.

ctime verification will avoid problems with programs such as svn or
rsync by making sure inodes have not changed since the last stat.  APC
will normally only check mtime.

The option is the result of pecl bug 8663:
