Description:
------------
It's stated in the manual that PHP 7 supports dbase, provided you add the --enable-dbase flag
to compile-time config. That flag doesn't work. So either dbase functionality no longer exists
in the runtime or it's behind a different flag. Either way, the docs lie :(
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/dbase.setup
---
Expected result:
----------------
--enable-dbase allows PHP to support dbase-related functions
Actual result:
--------------
configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --enable-dbase
