Yep, so the docs should reflect that. Except the version that's in PECL right now doesn't
work with 7.0+. Though I just pulled down https://github.com/mote0230/dbase-pecl-php7
and will report back on whether it works properly.

It's stated in the manual that PHP 7 supports dbase, provided you add the --enable-dbase flag
to compile-time config. That flag doesn't work. So either dbase functionality no longer exists
in the runtime or it's behind a different flag. Either way, the docs lie :(
