This is probably fixed now..
Please verify that the CHM (dated *after* this note) does not have this
issue anymore.

translated works fine too, just unreadable due to a problem with
encodings (and "search" function of the chm finds nothing with russian
queries)
new build (10 jan 2009) - no changes

I can confirm it under Windows Vista, however not translated elements
work fine
