"a language construct" is translated into
"è¨èªã®æ§æè¦ç´ " in that
sentence.
On the other hand, it's translated into "è¨èªæ§é " in
http://www.php.net/function.echo#refsect1-function.echo-description,
and I
think
it's better than former.
