Well, CHM pages won't show up in case you have no IE. Even if
you don't use IE for browsing, you need to have an IE on your
machine from Win95 second release, as it is tightly integrated,
so we would like to build on the fact that IE is available, and
there is no need to write code for other browsers.

Yes, you can choose TXT, PDF, HTML, Palm formats, and maybe even "man"
in the not so far future. If you choose CHM, you get some features,
but those features are mainly provided by IE. That's it.

Well, using Win95 is not too common. We value every user input,
so we decided to run a survey, and the results are posted online.
You can see the stats: http://weblabor.hu/php-doc-chm/ieversion.html

As I have said before, I am not convinced with
IE and XML compatibilities. And all our current
code should work with IE4 with JS turned on. You
are talking about JS probably, not about Java. We
use no Java code...

What things?
