I went right away to openjade (as jade was unable to compile). Now I have a
make test ready environment on linux too ;) I have compiled PHP 4.3.1 CLI
opensp, openjade and quanta from sources, and so I am getting quite close to
what I have with cygwin.
I am also posting an update for configure.in so it recognizes onsgmls (which
is the openjade replacement for nsgmls).
