Re: phpdoc meeting at linuxtag

Hi All!

It seems like Georg is organizing a hotel for us, where this meeting can be organized I guess. So the question is if there is any intention from you to be part of such a meeting? Who would be there? Which is the ideal datetime to organize this?

Sure, I can do. Currently we didn't fix the hotel - we want to rent a hotel a little bit outside of Karlsruhe, ~20-30 mins to the fairground by tram. Speakers, booth staff and MySQL AB People will staying/sleeping there. I should know how many people will attend this meeting, and the arrival/departure day. We aren't able to offer private accomodation as last year - not too many german php.net people are living in Karlsruhe. There would be another possibility for people with sleeping bag in the Gymhall near LinuxTag.

Where I can stay depends highly on the price as always. I would be happy to stay with the other PHP people at the hotel you rent anyway, if there is space and the price is OK. It would be nice to fix the arrival/departure date so I can check the trains and know how much nights I'll stay there.

A better idea would be to organize an additional workshop room on LinuxTag, we have internet access there (so it should be no problem to use irc), and also people which have to give talks or have to be on the php booth are not so far away and could attend the meeting.

That would be fine with me. BTW is there any need for more people for the booth? I can offer my help to reply to website/doc related questions, English only ;) If that helps any. Maybe for one day, I am not sure I would be happy to be there all the 3-4 days. I would like to see Karlsruhe as well ;) Goba
