As you know I found some sponsors for the last docmeeting to cover flights, accomodation etc. The PHP booth on LinuxTag is completly covered and organized by the community, and we need ~7.000 Euros to cover expenses for booth, speakers etc. So currently I don't know, if we are able to give an allowance for PHP-Doc Meeting. An additional room for one day in LinuxTag (which has to be payed) should be not a problem, finding some additional sponsors is. Currently the hotel is not fixed/booked yet, looks like we will stay outside of karlsruhe, price for a single room is ~30 Euros. Currently I'm working 500 km's away from home - so I have to spend my spare time on weekends for LinuxTag organisation/preparation - I'm definetly not able to organize/prepare the docmeeting as in 2002 - this should be done by someone else. > That would be fine with me. On July 11th and 12th we have lot of interesting talks and workshops around php, mysql, etc. Visitors of LinuxTag are a mixture of business people, freaks & hackers, strong php coders and newbies which are interested in Open Source - our goal is to represent PHP, to make it more popular, to give answers for techical questions and problems to increase the confidence in PHP and Open Source. I would be glad if you could help us! Regards Georg
