I think, oc4ware [1] would indeed be a sample application to demonstrate some
useful features for a future online documentation system. Nevertheless, I
will not blindly market oc4ware at the meeting, because I am very much aware
of its deficiencies ;)
I'd rather be interested in discussing the optimal application for the needs
of the phpdoc team, addressing those people who are yet reluctant to help
with manual creation and translation because of the current requirements
(especially installation and management of CVS). Such an application could be
interesting for other FOSS projects who have to deal with collaborative
documentation efforts based on DocBook. In this respect, they might be
interested to co-operate, so we could join development resources.
By the way: we might also have a look at DocBook support in OpenOffice since
1.1beta. [2]
