Look at the diff, it's really clear.
The following is Good:
<foo>
<bar>
Text Text Text
</bar>
</foo>
The following is Bad:
<foo>
<bar>
Text
</bar>
</foo>
This is also bad:
<foo>
<bar>
Text
</bar>
</foo>
