Hi there fellow PHP enthusiasts :) I would like to contribute
documentation at http://doc.php.net/tutorial/joining.php
How do I proceed to create an account to be able to log-in at
https://edit.php.net/ Then I need to be able to add notes to the
doc at
http://php.net/manual/en/ssh2.installation.php
If we need a username I would like to use: Francewhoa
