I suggest the following new feature. Could you please redirect me to the
right person for that? Or just pass on this message?
Suggested new feature: Contributors being able to create an account to add
notes on the documentation pages at http://php.net/manual/ So
that
contributors are able to edit their notes after they are published. And
their profile remembers their settings, email address, and such.
