7.1 Migration Guide

Hi docs, The time is drawing near for 7.1 to get pushed out of the door, and it would be super if we could make sure that the migration guide at least is fully up-to-date. We work mainly from the UPGRADING [1] file in php-src when writing the migration guide, and I have put up a gist [2] marking what has and has not been added to the migration guide as of now. If you could even take one item from the list and add it to the guide, that would be super! For those not yet involved in writing docs here, I've opened up my Github mirror for the English docs for Pull Requests on the 7.1 Migration Guide files [3]. PRs there will be easier than using the online editor at edit.php.net, which only allows a single user to edit a given file. The migration guide files can be found at If any of the regular docs guys have been sitting on changes locally, could you be sure to push them sooner rather than later?
