Thanks for the list! Regarding the number operators now emitting E_NOTICE's and E_WARNING's, that change has already been written about under the Other Changes section in the manual. Also, some of the sections may need a little rearranging. For example, all of the changes mentioned in the Other Changes section are technically BC breaks, and so should probably belong in the Backward Incompatible Changes section instead. I will try to tackle some of the unchecked to do's tomorrow.
