I just took for granted that you're going to be passing around that information.. I.e. what fields were missing/required, checking if they are what they're supposed to be, and stopping or going, based on met or unmet conditionals. If you're talking about include files, which also include PHP, being parsed by a PHP document, then yes, the "text" is parsed before it's printed.
