How do you know that nothing is being passed? Post the code for the
submit_entry.php that tries to use data from the form.
Possibly you're still trying to use $subject and $mainentry and have
register-globals turned off, instead of using the $_POST array to get
$_POST['subject'] ... but, can't tell without the submit_entry.php code.
