Well that will actually work because it is the name of a window that is not
currently available.
The behavior in IE and NS are the same: if you specify a target that doesn't
exist it will open in a new window. I wouldn't use "_" as the first
character of the name of the window, as those are supposed to be reserved
for the browser defined windows "_top", "_parent", "_blank", etc.
