The target specifies a window name, so if you say target ="_new" it'll open a
new window named _new and opens the URL in it.
If you click on another link with target = "_new" and not close the previous
window, the URL will open in the window.
To ensure that each message will open in new windows so you can view several
messages at the same time, specify unique name for each link. You can use a
counter or the message id (if you have it), something like:
echo '<A HREF="' . $your_url . '" target="_new' . $unique_id .
'">' .
$message_info . '</A>';
So each link will have a unique window name, and will open in a different
window.
