I don't know much about 'cat' but I assume that when it encounters the EOF
marker Chr(26) it will stop viewing the file! therefore 'lame' won't get a
valid .wav file and Ming won't get a valid mp3 file.
try to pass the wave file as a parameter so that 'lame' can read it as
binary file.
