Is simplier to have a page like page.php?lang=ro (or lang=en) that display the body in Romanian or English than have two pages with the same design architecture. What I really want to know is if one is more optimal then the other, in terms of memory and CPU consumption. It's pretty much the same. You're probably best off writing HTML and using PHP code only when needed. It might be a tad-bit faster and IMO it is much nicer & more maintainable.
