One simple reason: if every page written in php include a single php file
that draws every page, you can change the entire deisgn of the site by
modifing a single file.
Another reason: I usually create pages both in Romanian and English. Is
simplier to have a page like page.php?lang=ro (or lang=en) that display
the body in Romanian or English than have two pages with the same design
architecture.
