Ok. I am on OS X Server, and that is a little different than OS X. I looked at the httpd_macosxserver.conf file and the performance cache setting is turned on, so it add 16000 to the port number that is used, thus the 16080 that I was getting. I am not totally sure why they do this, but I will just go along with it and know that if I am running the scripts on and OS X server machine that this is what happens. Thanks for your help. I have troubles running PHP pages when I am outside the firewall, and have noticed that PHP seems to be running on port 16080. I just assumed that it ran on port 80. Where can I change this, or is there a reason that PHP runs on a different port number? Mike -- PHP General Mailing List (http://www.php.net/) To unsubscribe, visit: http://www.php.net/unsub.php
