You can maybe try setting up your php.ini... ; Paths and Directories ; ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ; UNIX: "/path1:/path2" include_path = ".:/usr/local/lib/php/" ; ; Windows: "\path1;\path2" ;include_path = ".;c:\php\includes" i.e. in your case, you'd need: include_path = "." which will allow includes from the current (same) directory. If you are running PHP with safe mode, please check safe_mode_include_dir in the php.ini. Also check file permissions and make sure that the IIS user has access to read the file name (right click on the file, select permissions / security tab). If you are using NT4.0 / 2000, turn on auditing on the files in the directory, and log the audit entries to the event log. This will tell you whether PHP is in fact trying to open the file or not... Also, on windows you have to escape \'s, so with a FQPN you'll use d:\\websites\\project\\poll\\example.php My money's on a permission issue... -- me ----- Original Message ----- From: "C.R." <odcs@rogers.com> To: "PHP General" <php-general@lists.php.net> Sent: Monday, April 21, 2003 12:21 AM Subject: [PHP] PATHS again. > I'm thinking maybe going with ASP or something, 'cause this path problem is > just driving me insane.
