Dear list,
i m thinking about an edit mask for customer entries so that the
changes can made from normal ppl. Its obvious that it would be smart
to allow the user only to pick values which really exist, means I
give him a <SELECT> + <OPTION> so he can only choose valid data ...
The problem is that I expect the <SELECT> to grow giant coz there r a
few thousand entries!
.. which leads to following questions ....
1: how much data can a browser (mozilla) handle in one
HTML/Formular/<SELECT>?
2: is there a smarter way than one monster select?
Salve!
Ben :)
