Well, Ryan, most of the replies here have focused on runtime, but there's another reason I don't like do-it-for-me editors: maintenance. if you need to slap together a few pages in a hurry that you'll never touch again, then DreamWeaver is the way to go. But, if you will be doing constant maintenance on those pages or, heaven forbid, someone *else* might have to maintain those pages, then realize that DreamWeaver is the only way to do so without spending, literally, hours fishing through the code it generates. If you want to use DreamWeaver for the rest of the project, then go for it, but otherwise you're far better off doing it yourself in clean, readable code. -- S.
