I'm offended that you think that :) Anyway over the past few days there have
been some troubles with script kiddies trying to takeover the channel so
this might have been what you came into. Generally #php on efnet is about
php with some (quite bazaar) deviations but if you have a question come on
in and ask it. If someone there knows the answer then they are likely to
help you. If noone does wait a while and rephase your question and ask
again. DO NOT just repeat the same question again and again, also if every
one is helping someone wait until someone seems free and then ask them, just
dont hassle people as they are there of their own free will to help/chat and
dont want to be hasseled. (PS im [James])
