Well, right off the top of my head, the error is about opening
a file FOR READING, ie, this indicates that the script is trying
to read-in this file from the "client" side of the connection ...
It doesn't seem to refer to the write-it-to-the-server side of the
equation.
Without a sample of your code, we're not going to get much further.
