If you are worried about the time it takes to upload the file, don't. Try
using this script to process your file upload:
-------------------
<?
This is a syntax error!
?>
--------------------
What happens:
The file will be uploaded by Apache, or other web server, _then_ you will
get the syntax error when Apache passes control to PHP to execute the
script. So... the time to upload the file DOES NOT count against script
run time.
