Hi
I noticed a you mentioned a #PHP channel on IRCnet. I
have been looking for the like for ages. Problem is I
have NEVER been able to get onto IRCnet from South
Africa? (No Auth) - Are there any other networks with
a similar channel?
Thank you.
Regards
Budgee
